About Refund Policy
For ordinary titanium color keycaps and titanium ice crystal keycaps, we support refund applications within 3 days of purchase. Refund applications will no longer be supported after 3 days.
For hand-engraved keycaps, you can apply for a refund within 24 hours after placing an order, and you will no longer be able to apply for a refund after 24 hours.
About Shipping
Shipping to the United States usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Other countries require 2-4 weeks.
